Aiden Byrne

Aiden Byrne is Head Chef of the Grill Room at The Dorchester Hotel, London.[1]
While Head Chef at Adlard's in Norwich at the age of 22[2] Aiden Byrne was the youngest chef to win a Michelin Star.[3]
Aiden has worked at a number of Michelin-Starred establishments. At Danesfield House and Spa, near Marlow, Buckinghamshire, Aiden was Executive Chef of the Oak Room and The Orangery Restaurants.[4] Before this Aiden spent two years as Head Chef of the Michelin-Starred restaurant 'Tom Aikens'.[1] Aiden had also worked previously with Tom Aikens at Pied à Terre as Sous chef.[5]
Aiden has recently appeared on the television programme 'Masterchef 2008' where he coined the phrase "I lost a bit of sleep last night", when the remaining 3 amateur chefs had to cook for 7 Michelin-starred Chefs at the Dorchester Hotel.[6]
Aiden's first book is due to be relased in 2008 titled 'Made in Great Britain'.[7]
