The Asian Institute of Communication & Research established on 31st October, 2002 inaugrated by Mr. Kerry Rubie, Vice Chairman, Leo Burnett Worldwide, Inc.
"The AICAR Business School is the brainchild of a group of citizens belonging to the corporate world dedicated to creating a world-class Residential Institute which will offer Graduate Students and Corporates the opportunity to enhance skills in the research and development of management and communication practices of a standard unparalleled in most other Institutes. AICAR Business School is approved by All India Council of Technical Education, New Delhi. It offers a two - year full time Post Graduate Diploma in Management
The uniqueness of the course lies in : - The close mentoring relation between students and faculty who combine a rare mix of academics with practice
- The focus on 'Learning by Doing' - geared to prepare the student for performance at the work place from day one

AICAR offers various Management Development Programmes (MDP's) which are both general and industry specific. The latter is customized and developed in close liaison with client organizations and made available at clients location.

AICAR Business School has a unique ‘Learning by Doing’ approach for nurturing leadership

AICAR Business School has a rigorous pedagogy for the purpose of developing a strong grasp of management fundamentals, analytical abilities and presentation skills.

A beautifully landscaped 30-acre campus with a built-up area of over 1.25 lac sq. ft. at Neral, Maharashtra, is located at the foothills of Matheran, near Karjat beside the Ulhas River.
Situated about 1.5 km from the Neral Railway Station and approximately 1.5 hours by train or car from Mumbai, it has easy access to the Metropolis and Pune.
The campus design is created by the world renowned firm of architects M/s Pheroze Kudianavala Engineers Pvt. Ltd.
The Institute is under strong wings - being guided and led by some of the leading lights of Indian industry, management and public life.
