[edit] Predecessor?

I don't think that 'predecessor' is the proper word to use for someone who just played for the same country (first paragraph of intro). Thoughts? 71.112.87.13 02:45, 14 March 2007 (UTC)

Agreed. Neither the Ai article nor the Kimiko Date article mention the other player except for the line you mentioned, so I removed it. If someone has a source that shows a connection between the two beyond nationality feel free to add it back. MrVibrating 17:19, 23 October 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Other than Tennis Results

This article needs more than just tennis results. Where did she grow up? Where does she live etc ? --CSvBibra 01:43, 1 July 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Objectivity needed, please!

Don't you think the article's a bit subjective? There's this one sentence, "At the French Open, Ai, seeded 22nd, beat Daniilidou 6-7 6-0 6-3 in the first round, but lost to French qualifier Rezai 4-6 6-4 6-3, after having a 6-4 4-2 lead. Rezai started playing better and there was simply nothing Ai could do. She put up a fight and can still be proud about that." There are also some capital letter errors. 124.81.203.231 07:43, 25 September 2007 (UTC)

Agreed. I removed both sentences. MrVibrating 17:31, 23 October 2007 (UTC)
