This blocked user (block log | autoblocks | rangeblocks | unblock | contribs | deleted contribs) has asked to be unblocked, but an administrator has reviewed and declined this request. Other administrators may also review this block, but should not override the decision without good reason (see the blocking policy). Do not remove this unblock request while you are blocked.

Request reason: "I haven't acted against Wikipedia's rules or policies. I've written in a couple of occasions with my IP address only (after signing in, I was dropped out from my account, due to a lengthy posting session). When asked, I was not denying having written with the IP address in question. In contrary, it was obvious who was writing, when my user name did not show, but my IP address instead. I also have not supported my own writings with any other user account, not in a single occasion. It should be noted, that lots of other people can use the same IP address simultaneously in different areas, the one my contribution was posted from. I contacted one such person, whose posting had been showing the same rotating IP address as mine. His user name is Masa62. He had contributed to the Continuation War article, like I. Please contact that person through his account or his e-mail to confirm, if necessary. We want an administrator to please confirm, that we are not the same user, although we agree, that the Wikipedia article in question is currently manipulated by user/users who is pushing strong POV information, and who also has violated against Wikipedia's policies."

Decline reason: "This unblock request has nothing to do with your reason for being blocked. -- Yamla 16:26, 13 January 2007 (UTC)

In that case, could you please tell me, what is the reason for my user account being blocked. I stated above, that "I haven't acted against Wikipedia's rules or policies." How does that have "nothing to do" with my "reason for being blocked". If in your opinion I have "acted against Wikipedia's rules or policies", please tell me how. Otherwise, please unblock me a.s.a.p. - any administrator. The accusation of I being connected to user name Art Dominique needs to be re-looked promptly. It appears that Art Dominique has contributed in entirely different topics. It is not possible, that any contributions signed as Art Dominique have ever been published from my computer. I see, that a checkuser had been requested for the user Art Dominique. The result seems to be, that a checkuser cannot be produced. Could someone please provide an explanation for the action taken against my user account. As no explanation for this unjustified blocking can be given, my user account must be unblocked. If it doesn't fit, you must acquit! -- Ahven is a fish 02:33, 15 January 2007 (UTC)"

Please make any further unblock requests by using the {{unblock}} template. However, abuse of the template may result in your talk page being protected.
