Ahor(also known as Ahore) is a city in Jalore District of Rajasthan state in India. Situated 17 km north of the Jalore on Jalore-Jodhpur road it is headquarters of the tehsil by the same name.The town is birthplace of Indian Jain scholar Muni Jayanandvijay ji m.s . Also wellknown “Gyan-Bhandar”(the centre of Jain books and literature)was established here by Jain Acharya Rajendrasuri.
