Aguelhok or Aguel'hoc is a Rural Commune in the north of Mali's Kidal Region that serves as the seat of its Arrondissement, in the Cercle of Tessalit.

Aguel'hoc is situated in the north of the Telemesi Valley. Located in the sandstone massif of the Adrar des Ifoghas, Aguel'hoc lies 430 km north of Gao and 150 km south of the Algerian border, in the full desert.
The area of the commune is approximately 22.000 km2, that is to say the equivalent of Belgium.
The commune has 11.000 inhabitant, of which 95% is Tuareg. The majority of the population have a nomadic lifestyle.

Aguel'hoc includes the communes of Aguel'hoc, Tassidjimt, Ukinik, Telabit, Inakafel, Tamuscat, Matalmen, Tagharabat, Soran, Laway laway, Aslagh, and Inamzil.
