Agriocnemis victoria is a species of damselfly in family Coenagrionidae. It is found in Angola, Botswana, Cameroon, Central African Republic, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Ivory Coast, Gambia, Guinea, Liberia, Namibia, Nigeria, Senegal, Sierra Leone, Sudan, Uganda, and Zambia. Its natural habitats are rivers, swamps, freshwater lakes, intermittent freshwater lakes, freshwater marshes, and intermittent freshwater marches.
