Agostino Cardinal Cacciavillan (born 14 August 1926) is a Cardinal Deacon and the President Emeritus of the Administration of the Patrimony of the Apostolic See in the Roman Catholic Church. He is also the current Cardinal Protodeacon.

Born in Novale di Valdagno, Italy, Cacciavillan was ordained as a priest on 26 June 1949. He was made a prelate of honour in 1973, elected titular Archbishop of Amiterno in 1976. Since then, he has held a number of diplomatic appointments: pro-nuncio to Kenya (1976), India (1981), Nepal (1985), and the United States (1990).

On 11 November 1998, Cacciavillan was appointed President of the Administration of the Patrimony of the Holy See by Pope John Paul II. In 2001, he was named Cardinal-Deacon of Ss. Angeli Custodi a Città Giardino by Pope John Paul. He was one of the cardinal electors who participated in the 2005 papal conclave that selected Pope Benedict XVI.

He lost his privilege to vote in any further papal conclaves in August 2006. The apostolic constitution Universi Dominici Gregis restricts voting in conclaves to those cardinals under the age of eighty.
