[edit] History of the Earth

Hello - thanks for your note on my talk page. I guess I felt that since the lead already said "This article presents a broad overview, summarizing the leading, most current scientific theories" that adding "thus, should be regarded as a theory" was both redundant and smacked of "just a theory" - the common approach to minimalizing a scientific theory as a hypothesis, guess, or worse, which it of course is not. Thanks for removing both of our additions. Looking forward to continuing improvements. Cheers Geologyguy (talk) 15:30, 26 February 2008 (UTC)
