[edit] Why did you block me?
I know you block me for "sockpuppetry" but that something i don't do? AvFnx (talk) 03:26, 7 December 2007 (UTC)
- See Wikipedia:Suspected sock puppets/Avfnx. You operated more than one account in a disruptive manner; I have blocked your sock puppet accounts indefinitely, and your main account for 1 week. Anthøny 07:41, 7 December 2007 (UTC)
- But the thing is i never had other account i only have this, you can check by IP, which by the way don't change.Other thing I never gone to no bulletin board, that would take care the problem I see with the article it would only make worst. That whole sign it that my IP address and sometime i forget login but as you can see im not trying work w/ two account. other thing the whole "gnoring attempts to make a consensus" it not true it was a consensus in the talk page that i was trying going by that why i got block of course in my option i thought what i was doing was fixing vandalism. AvFnx (talk) 11:48, 7 December 2007 (UTC)
- Hi there Anthony. There was a RFCU related to this. Unless Avfnx can fly across water and travel 100km and switch computers within one minute, he cannot be Dominiman. Blnguyen (bananabucket) 07:15, 10 December 2007 (UTC)
- This looks to be a mistake on my part... Could you link me to the RfCU in question? Anthøny 19:41, 10 December 2007 (UTC)
- Wikipedia:Requests for checkuser/Case/Avfnx. It's ok. Judging by how SSP works it seems that a person could easily frame their opponents. Blnguyen (bananabucket) 23:50, 10 December 2007 (UTC)
- This looks to be a mistake on my part... Could you link me to the RfCU in question? Anthøny 19:41, 10 December 2007 (UTC)
- I only want too clean my name, this not the first time one user have ask for me to get check. It like whoever shares my idea about the article is other account of mines. One thing i can say I'm not really mess with that article even thought i see lot things wrong with it. I be more useful doing other things and I wouldn't be block this much...to be honest all I want make the article of my country, a better article. AvFnx (talk) 00:38, 11 December 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Template:AN3 (edit|talk|history|links|watch|logs)
I saw {{AN3}} and wanted to help out, because I feel it's a great idea. Plus, I can write the bot to archive the threads, since it looks like traditional archive bots don't like the page; and, it seems to fill up rather quickly. Lemme know if you're still interested =) --slakr\ talk / 00:04, 8 December 2007 (UTC)
- Oh yeah, and I also took the liberty of adding a couple more + examples and some brainstorming stuff on Template talk:AN3. Cheers :) --slakr\ talk / 00:32, 8 December 2007 (UTC)
- Thanks for your interest ;) I've left you a reply on the Template talk page, with my replies and some further ideas. The bot sounds like a great idea (it already works wonders on RFPP, although obviously you don't get lingering discussion on already-processed requests there, like you do on AN3), and it would no doubt be great to have it on the noticeboard, but we'd definitely need to run it by the AN3 talk page... Thoughts? Anthøny 19:46, 10 December 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Green Kirby
Hello. I don't know what to say. I can't accept this block for the sole reason that I've actualy learned the lesson. I REALLY want to come back now. I'll follow all the rules, I won't do vandalism, I won't create sockpuppet accounts, I won't do anything bad at all. I really want to start over. Please understand. At the very least, unprotect my GK talk page so we can talk about this. I really want another chance. You have no idea, well, mabey you do because I don't know you're life, but I have read some things. All I want is one last chance. I deeply regret my wrong decisions and I wish I could go back in time to stop it. I really do. You have no idea how much I regret my past decisions, alright, mabey you do, but that dose'nt matter. I really have changed, and all I want is to edit wikipedia again. I miss it. I won't talk to my friend anymore. I won't cause personal attacks. I'll stop doing everything I did wrong. I was hot tempered, but I'm ready to follow the rules now, and I know you don't believe me, but try your best to. Really try. Imagine that you really wanted to edit wikipedia, but you think it dose'nt really matter what you do. And when people try to help you, you ignore them, not caring. But when you get blocked indefinatly, you really regret what you did, and the only thing in the world that matters to you is to be unblocked. Now please, think it over. I really want to edit again, and I'm really sorry for what I did in the past, but I just want one last chance to make things right. So please, help me.69.131.154.47 (talk) 22:35, 11 December 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Stale Gundam mediation request...
Hi; I've been watching some squabbling on Gundam articles. There was an RfM filed (Wikipedia:Requests for mediation/Gundam) and accepted back in early November, but as far as I can see there hasn't been any activity since then.
Are you working with the parties involved? I don't want my itchy block finger to interfere with anything that you're doing, and I really don't want to reinvent the wheel of investigating that morass unless I absolutely have to.
Cheers, TenOfAllTrades(talk) 15:13, 12 December 2007 (UTC)
- Incidentally, I've protected Gundam Mk-II (edit|talk|history|links|watch|logs) for three days due to the ongoing edit war there. I would also recommend adding GundamsRus (talk · contribs) as a party to the mediation; he got involved in the tussle sometime after the mediation request was filed. TenOfAllTrades(talk) 16:12, 12 December 2007 (UTC)
- Give me a while to sort this out, I'll get back to you as soon as possible. Anthøny 20:05, 12 December 2007 (UTC)

- No worries. I didn't realize that the discussion happened on the talk pages in the mediation process; I thought that nothing had happened since the case was accepted. Thanks for keeping an eye on things. TenOfAllTrades(talk) 20:12, 12 December 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Numbering on WInter Soldier 2
Hi, Anthony, I believe the numbering on the final decision for Winter Soldier 2 was in error, so I made the change [2]. Thought I'd let you know in case this isn't kosher or something. Heimstern Läufer (talk) 03:36, 13 December 2007 (UTC)

[edit] WP:AC/CN
Thank you for your comment. I agree, Daniel and the other dude were just being harsh. I wonder what they were going to do if I ignored the warning - block a totally innocent user? -- Whiteandnerdy111 (talk) 19:56, 20 December 2007 (UTC)
- Well, I don't think they would have done that :) but, AC clerking is an area which really leaves very little room for unimpressive behaviour, and I'm afraid that Clerking without making any "requests" comes under that category... However, your promise to observe rather than get involved further (and, potentially, inflame the situation further) is impressive, and you're taking the correct attitude. Keep it up ;) Anthøny 19:58, 20 December 2007 (UTC)
- Well, he totally ignored the initial advice and only the stronger language got his attention, which by the way, I ran by NYB before posting. — Rlevse • Talk • 21:42, 20 December 2007 (UTC)
- Don't worry, I agree with you here: White + Nerdy clerked out-of-turn, in a position that could entail a lot of damage to the Arbitration process if accompanied by the mistakes often seen in helping-out clerks (like myself :) I simply think the wording was unnecessarily hostile - my opinion, nothing more. If you (or Newyorkbrad) disagree, so be it. Anthøny 21:50, 20 December 2007 (UTC)
- I agreed with leaving Whiteandnerdy111 a note, though I personally might have used slightly different words. I've left a longer comment on the noticeboard WP:AC/CN for what that is worth. Thatcher131 has made some useful observations there as well. Newyorkbrad (talk) 21:52, 20 December 2007 (UTC)
- White + Nerdy, I hope this satisfactorily resolves the situation: my basic point still stands, you clerked incorrectly. Ideally, you can learn from that and move on, as it appears you now are. Best wishes all, Anthøny 21:56, 20 December 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Ferrylodge ban
It appears that your signature did not register properly at your ban notice. Also, would you please specify what edit you deem inappropriate? Was it a talk page edit, or an article edit? Thanks.Ferrylodge (talk) 21:57, 20 December 2007 (UTC)
- I am currently fixing it, but thanks for the note anyway. I have left a full explanation at Wikipedia:Administrators' noticeboard/Arbitration enforcement, specifically this section. Anthøny 21:59, 20 December 2007 (UTC)

- Actually, your explanation did not say whether it was an article edit or a talk page edit that led to this ban. Would you please let me know? It's hard to improve unless I have an example of what I did wrong. Thanks.Ferrylodge (talk) 22:06, 20 December 2007 (UTC)

[edit] "Screeds of Sqabbling"
Hi Anthony, I was perusing the Administrators' noticeboard and I saw your final comment on the School Threat subsection. Your diction is priceless! Although the subject is fairly serious, your comment brought a rare smile to my face; I usually need to take an aspirin or two to make it through the interminable back and forth to learn something from that page. Thanks for that. Cheers, --SimpleParadox 19:36, 21 December 2007 (UTC)
- My pleasure! Hope you are well ;) Anthøny 20:10, 21 December 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Adopter
Hi AGK,
I've started to clean up the Adopters' list. You appear to have changed username since you added yourself to the list but not updated your info there. In case you're still interested, can you kindly update your information? Or, if you're not interested any more, would you mind removing yourself? Thank you and happy editing, Snowolf How can I help? 22:42, 21 December 2007 (UTC)
- Y Done, I've removed myself. I just have no motivation and/or time for that project. Sorry!

[edit] Welcome template
Hello AGK, I saw at random that all user talk pages you've added your User:AGK/Welcome-template to appear in the Category: Protected, because the {{pp-protected}} there is outside of noinclude tags. Could you fix this? Happy editing & Merry Christmas :) --Oxymoron83 13:50, 22 December 2007 (UTC)
- Whoops! Y Fixed, thanks for that ;-) Anthøny 13:54, 22 December 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Merry Christmas
Hi AGK ... you recently deleted a stub for Barmoodan - a language created by John Taylor. There is not a geat deal of infomation but there are a number of refs and an existing article on the Esperanto wikipedia (under Barmoodano) which I was researching. I'm not really bothered about this, but I was curiuos as I thought I had done sufficient to avoid it getting deleted (just) and I was about to add more. Quite happy for you to leave it deleted but I am curious as to the policy it infringed. Are constructed published languages not notable or was it more subtle? Thanks Victuallers (talk) 17:25, 22 December 2007 (UTC)
- Good evening. Actually, it hasn't violated any policy. I speedy deleted the article per criterion G6, "housekeeping". However, the user who requested the deletion for housekeeping purposes has not followed through on that, and as such I have restored the article. My apologies for the inconvenience. Anthøny 20:08, 22 December 2007 (UTC)

- Thanks I'll add some more (bearing in mind its Xmas!). I appreciate your help and prompt reply Victuallers (talk) 17:24, 23 December 2007 (UTC)
