Agip (Azienda Generale Italiana Petroli), established in 1926 is an Italian automotive gasoline and diesel retailer. It was a subsidiary of multinational petroleum company Eni.

In 2003 became effective the merger of Agip Petroli S.p.A. in Eni S.p.A., creating the Refining and Marketing Division (R&M), still operating with the Agip brand.

In 2006, retail volumes of refined products marketed on the Agip branded network amounted to 8.66 mmtonnes, with a market share in the Italian market of 29.3%[citation needed]
