Hi,and welcome to my talk page if you want to ask me something about Wikipedia,please leave me a note and I'll try answer to the best of my ability.I have been a user of Wiki for a short while so I have some experience but I am still learning so I might not be able to answer every question.Also I have a talk page for my IP address in case this one becomes too large.User talk:81.129.255.221

After reading some shocking news about users being banned or blocked for no reason,I have created my own policy to protect myself.First of all to admins,I respect your decisions because you are higher up than I am.Jimbo Wales I also respect you because your are the co-founder of Wikipedia and you have lots of power over users as well.As for the Arbitration Committee I respect their decision as well because they can permablock or permban anyone.Two,if you want to communicate with me then be polite about it.I won't tolerate rude or abusive behavior.Each user has 3 chances then they'll go on my blacklist.Anyone on my blacklist is forbidden to use my talk page.If I find a blacklisted user on my talkpage,I'll remove the comment and ask them to stop trying to communicate with me.However I might have a change of heart and remove you from the blacklist if you apologize to me.If you do apologize then you'll be whitelisted and be able to use my talk page whenever you want.If you continue to annoy or pester me then you will be placed on my banned list.Those who are banned will never again be allowed to communicate with me.If a banned user tries to communicate with me then I'll just remove the offending comment without hesitation.You have been warned,don't anger me I have a very short fuse and you do not want to get on my bad side.
