This template returns the number of full months between two dates, or between a specified date and today (UTC).

Syntax:
{{age_in_months|year1|month1|day1|year2|month2|day2}}
{{age_in_months|year1|month1|day1}}

Examples:

  • {{age_in_months|1989|7|23|2003|7|14}} gives 167
  • {{age_in_months|1989|7|23}} gives 226
  • {{age_in_months|2008|5|13|2008|06|12}} gives 0


If you use this template for calculating someone's age in months at death or age in months at a certain date (rather than their current age in months), please substitute it into the page, for example: {{subst:age_in_months|1989|7|23|2003|7|14}}.
