Agerola is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Naples in the Italian region Campania, located about 35 km southeast of Naples. As of the last official census on 31 December 2004, it had a population of 7,392 and an area of 19.6 km².[1]
The municipality of Agerola contains the frazioni (subdivisions, mainly villages and hamlets) Campora, Bomerano, San Lazzaro, Pianillo, Ponte, and Santa Maria.
