Agdam, Agdam
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Agdam (Azerbaijani: Ağdam) is the capital city of the Agdam Rayon in southwestern Azerbaijan. It is currently a ghost town having been occupied by Armenian forces in July 1993 during the ongoing dispute over the Nagorno-Karabakh area. The city is almost totally in ruins though the mosque still stands[1]
