This image is being linked here; though the picture is subject to copyright I, Monocrat 22:19, 13 June 2006 (UTC), feel it is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because:

it is a low-resolution screenshot of taken from Excel Saga;
it does not limit the copyright owners' rights to sell the wider copyrighted work in any way;
it provides illustration of major characters (namely Nabeshin, his wife, Sandora, That Man, and the Great Will of the Universe), their subplot in the series, and humor of the series, and
It is to be used solely for identification, exposition, and criticism.
