Afrixalus uluguruensis is a species of frog in the Hyperoliidae family. It is endemic to Tanzania. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests, subtropical or tropical moist montanes, swamps, and intermittent freshwater marshes. It is threatened by habitat loss.
