African D

African D (Ɖ, ɖ) is a Latin letter representing the voiced retroflex plosive [ɖ]. Its lower-case form is also used to represent this sound in the International Phonetic Alphabet.

On computers, it is represented by the Unicode code points U+0189 (Latin Capital Letter African D) and U+0256 (Latin Small Letter D with Tail).
