The African Corkwood Tree (Musanga cecropioides), also known as the Umbrella tree, is found in Africa from Sierra Leone to Angola and eastward to Uganda. It is typical in secondary forests.

This tree is also known as Parasolier, N'Govoge, Doe, Umbrella Tree, kombo-kombo, musanga, musanda and Govwi.
