DO NOT SUBSTITUTE THIS TEMPLATE. Not subst'ing this template allows a reviewer to easily remove it when a consensus has been reached.

This template directs reviewers to the discussion room, where they can confer on how to deal with problematic requests. It also notifies the IP address who sent in the request that they are not being ignored and that they should have a response within a day or so. This also adds the page to Category:Wikipedia article creation requests needing further review.
