Aeshna williamsoniana is a species of dragonfly in family Aeshnidae. It is found in Belize, Costa Rica, Guatemala, Mexico, Panama, and possibly Honduras. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist montanes and rivers. It is threatened by habitat loss.
