Aeshna meruensis is a species of dragonfly in family Aeshnidae. It is found in Kenya, Tanzania, and Uganda. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical dry forests, subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests, subtropical or tropical dry shrubland, rivers, and intermittent rivers.
