Has this airline ever gone into operation? The article says it's in planning phase, as of 2006; and the Bogota airport [1] does not list them as of 2008. If the airline has never started operation, or not survived even two years, it's probably not notable enough for a Wikipedia article. --B. Wolterding (talk) 22:02, 1 May 2008 (UTC)
