[edit] Band Biography
Zon and Patrick met when Patrick interviewed Zon's Industrial band Dismantled for a local newspaper article.[citation needed] Zon was short of a guitarist for his new project Aerodrone and asked Patrick to join. Zon had his musical expertise from being the man behind Dismantled, and Patrick had some experience with his first synth-rock band, EKG. Aerodrone quickly gained popularity on MySpace after becoming a featured band in the Summer of 2006.[citation needed] In Spring of 2007 the band signed a record deal with Cordless Recordings of Warner Music Group.[1]
