Que yo sepa La Guajira tiene 3 regiones norte, centro y sur... (NO PROVINCIAS) por favor coloca referencias sobre esto o lo revertire. Para imagenes Wikipedia:Upload

para poner fotos es recomendado que uses fotos tomadas por ti.. de tu autoria.. que no esten publicadas en internet. Si son tuyas te recomiendo que abras una cuenta en commons, click aqui para que pueda ser usado por los proyectos en otros idiomas. Si solo lo quieres en la Wikipedia en ingles en el menu a tu izquierda dice

  1. File Upload o File Upload Wizard
  2. le das click a My own work
  3. sigue las instrucciones..
  • si te quedan dudas de que licencia quieres usar te recomiendo la lic GFDL en combinacion con CC.. tomate un tiempo para leerlo.. tambien esta disponible en español.
  • NO OLVIDES ESCOGER EL TIPO DE LICENCIA EN LA PESTAÑA QUE DICE "Licencia"

Para bloquear solo estan autorizados los usuarios administradores.. luego de un tiempo entenderas...

Quiero darte un consejo para que tomes en cuenta.. tu ingles he notado que esta demasiado crudo.. si de verdad quieres colaborar de forma efectiva hazlo en la wikipedia en español.. yo hare la traduccion luego de que logres un buen articulo. Si sigues contribuyendo en la wikipedia inglesa con ese nivel de ingles lo mas probable es que le estes dando doble trabajo a los demas.. por eso es bueno hablar con otros y ponerse de acuerdo..
