AEK Athens V.C.is the volleyball team of the Greek sports club AEK. It was founded in 1967 by Jason Platsi.Over the years AEK have strugled to stay in the top flight of Greek volleyball, competing in A2(Greece's second division) and A1.AEK had its finest moment with coach Stelios Prosalika , as has prevailed in the final-4 of the Cup Winners Cup. The races held (9-10 March) in the closed Youth Liosia and AEK Lost in the quarterfinal by Cuneo, but won 3-1 with Galatasaray in the small final and won the 3rd place.

T Part volleyball (petsofairisis) of Men was founded in 1967 by Jason Platsi and participated in the C category Athens. During the 1992/93 AEK Participated for the first time in the A2 and missed the rise in the broad category in the process of massive with PAOK in Trikala. Mo was the same but in the next year (1993-94) which, with 19 victories in 22 games she got a ticket to the A1.

The women's volleyball team was founded in 1995, after merging with the group of Alsoupolis and participated for the first time in the league as the first Athens. Slowly, climbed all categories and in the spring of 2002 won's rise to A1 with coach George Paganeli that sticks to this day on the bench. But the team was not quite ready for a great class and downgraded immediately. Since that time (2003/04) fought at A2, but he won the Championship in 2005/06 and the following season (2006/07) will be struggling again to the great category.

The first few years of the volleyball team was housed in the closed, 'Leontios' in Patissia.
