[edit] My Contributions

I began the articles on the Burundi Genocide, Bank of Hamilton, and Srebrenica. I also contributed text and photos to the article on the City of Thorold and Cambuskenneth Abbey.

I tend to limit myself when editing pages as I know how touchy people can get, but I felt two warranted serious expansion. As such, my two editing contributions were on the following articles: Arusha Accords, UNAMIR.

[edit] Education

My self-professed spheres of knowledge are in Conflict Resolution, English, History, Peace Studies and Political Science (my degree is extremely interdisciplinary). As of late, I have largely focused my attention on the various genocides occurring throughout history.

I hold a Combined Honours Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Peace Studies from McMaster University. I'm currently studying to get a Master of Arts degree in Conflict Studies.

The more notable university courses that I've taken are the following:

  • Violence Through an Anthropological Perspective (Anthropology)
  • A History of English Literature (English)
  • Creative Writing (English)
  • Popular Culture (English)
  • Extensive Reading of Shakespeare (English)
  • The British Novel (English)
  • Trade Unions (Labour Studies)
  • Conflict Transformation (Peace Studies)
  • Peace-building through Health Initiatives (Peace Studies)
  • Genocide: Sociological and Political Perspectives (Political Science)
  • International Relations (Political Science)
  • Contemporary Security Issues (Political Science)
  • Theory and Practice of Non-violence (Religious Studies)
  • The Life and Thought of Mohandas Gandhi (Religious Studies)
  • War and Peace in the Christian Tradition (Religious Studies)
