Hi !

I am a physicist and have been very impressed by the usefulness and quality of Wikipedia. My first article was posted over the Christmas holidays 2007. It covers a previously missing area (Lamb waves) in my field of expertise (acoustics). Many thanks to my adopter User:Coppertwig who provided much technical help and valuable suggestions. I'm currently participating in the cleanup requested at the article on acoustics. There is a /sandbox nearby, which I set up to facilitate this work in addition to what's on the acoustics pages; feel free to use it.

I also have special interests in Arthur Stanley Eddington and in the work of Andrew J. Galambos, and general interest in physics.
