Just curious, what criteria is used for "most-liked"

Isn't this guy mentioned in the Ian Dury & The Blockheads song "Reasons To Be Cheerful, Part 3"? I believe one can clearly hear an "Adi Celentano" in the lyrical rundown of things that make the narrator (of the song) happy (one could say "cheerful" here). Is that notable enough for a Wiki citation or is it just a little factoid that should be left in the annals of useless trivia? 69.153.90.109 (talk) 07:38, 16 February 2008 (UTC)
