As far as I know, no language has a verbs with declensions and cases - Croatian certainly doesn't. Verbs have conjugations; nouns, adjectives and articles have declensions and cases. If this statement is a direct quotation from Chiles or an article about him, can you give the source, put it in quotation marks and, preferably add (sic) afterwards. If it is not a quotation, the remark should be deleted.

Adrian Chiles does have a Black Country accent, but people from Birmingham do not. The Birmingham accent shares some similarities, but is distinct. As he has a Black Country accent and went to school in Hagley (which is in the Black Country, not Birmimgham), is it definite that he was born in the city? I am aware that the BBC website refers to him as being from Birmingham, but they are hardly beyond making lazy generalisations.
"As a result he occupies the unique role of representing the interests "average" UK man in regard to contemporary issues, football appreciation and popular culture." Who put this unsourced statement on here? Sounds like it has been copied from his personal website! I cannot really argue with this, as an average UK man myself I suppose he is fairly representative, but that is my personal opinion. Needs sourcing or deleting.
