"Adra is at the junction of railroads leading to important Indian cities (including Delhi, Mumbai and Kolkata)." This statement is incorrect. As can be seen from IRCTC.co.in (search for trains between Adra and any metro), the only trains are slow passenger trains with connectivity to Calcutta. Adra is a goods hub but has bad connectivity for passenger traffic. The closest station on the main line is Tatanagar.

The people of adra are very found of sweets.There are lot of good sweets shop are available at a cheaper rate with delicious sweets.Sohan sweets is one of the finest sweets shop that adra accomodate.Apart from this shop there are plenty of shop available.
