Adrianus can refer to a number of figures of Classical history:
- Adrianus of Tyre, a 2nd century sophist of ancient Athens.
- Adrianus (poet), a Greek poet who wrote an epic poem on the history of Alexander the Great.
- Adrianus, a writer who, according to James Ussher, lived in the 5th century. There is extant of his, in Greek, Isagoge Sacrarum Literarum, recommended by Photios to beginners.
