Adriano Sartorio Mezavilla (born 14 January 1983 in Maringá) is a Brazilian football player. He currently plays for Pisa, on loan from Cesena.
In January 2002, he was signed by Lanciano, along with Adriano Ferreira Pinto and Paulo Jorge Cassova Ribeiro.
In January 2005, he transferred to Catania, and loaned him to Perugia in 2005-06 season.
In summer 2006, he was sold to Cesena in joint-ownership bid.
