Adriana Cataño

Adriana Cataño is a Hispanic actress and television host. She has acted in Latin soap operas and has hosted programs on Univision Telemundo and Telefutura.

Cataño was born in Miami, Florida, and is of Colombian origin. She studied Broadcast Journalism at Florida International University. She speaks both Spanish and English and has starred in Latin American as well as US Television Programs. She has a child with Latin actor, Jorge Salinas.

Cataño has acted in numerous programs. She has starred in Latin soap operas, such as Belinda, Secreto de Amor, Morelia, MariElena, Amor Latino and Cadena Braga. She has also been in American films and TV Shows, such as Bad Boys, Holy Man, and the ABC program Moon Over Miami.
Outside of television, she has been featured on the front page of various magazines and newspapers, such as FHM, Selecta, Ocean Drive, People, Open Your Eyes, TV y Novelas, TV Notas, MIRA, La Opinion, Men’s Fitness, El Norte, El Reforma, and The Miami Herald.
Cataño is currently working as the lead actress of the movie Macumba to be released in September 2008 in English in the U.S. and Latin America. She also starred in the music video "Sola" with reggaeton's favorite Hector El Father. The video was number one on MTV Latino and Mun2 for many months.
