Adrian High School is located at 785 Riverside Avenue. It is operated by the Adrian Public Schools. The Superintendent is Lindle "Del" Cochran.
The school's official mascot is the Maple Leaf and the school colors are blue and white. Chris Timmis is the current principal.

- The mascot costume for football games is an actual blue maple leaf.
- Adrian High School is the most ethnically diverse school in Lenawee county with 17% of the students being of Hispanic or Latino descent.
- Every year in February, AHS hosts Chocopalooza, a festival dedicated completely to chocolate.
