Adrian A. Husain

Adrian A. Husain is a Pakistani poet of the English language. He received a Ph.D. in English literature and his thesis was on Shakespeare, Machiavelli, and Castiglione. His poetry has been published in the United States and England in addition to his native Pakistan. In 1968 he won the Guinness Poetry Prize. He often writes articles in the Dawn and other newspapers. His anthology Desert Album (ISBN 0-19-577809-X) was published by Oxford University Press.
