Adrenergic nerve fibre

An adrenergic nerve fibre is a neurone for which the neurotransmitter is adrenaline (epinephrine).
Adrenergic nerve terminals are found in the secondary neurons of the sympathetic nervous system, controlling amongst other thingss heart rate and force of contraction.
