[edit] Proposed Thai Cat-stub
The Proposal page of the stub sorting project is not for requesting individual stub articles, but for proposing was to group existing stub articles into categories small enough to be useful and large enough that there are not too many stub types. At a minimum, the Stub Sorting project likes to have 60 stub articles for a new stub type. I doubt that any breed of cat would have 60 articles about it in Wikipedia, let alone 60 stub articles.
