[edit] Usher - Here I Stand
Don't change any info posted by me. All of our info comes directly from label, artist and/or management. So it is confirmed and very reliable. Here I Stand Media Kit
So put your energy into something more up your lane instead if thinking you know what the hell you're talking about and obviously have no clue. When you start working with labels and artists directly, then change modifications to pages. In the meantime, GET A FUCKING LIFE!!!!!!

[edit] Mary J Blige - Reflections
You have changed the page title of the Reflections album - however, Billboard, MTV and Mary's own website states the album is called Reflections: A Journey. Please see the discussion page of the article.
Please provide a reliable source for the change, otherwise I'm going to change it back. Rimmers 02:50, 8 November 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Uploading images
You asked: "Do you think you can tell me how to upload images such as album covers, photos, etc.? I read the instructions and they are confusing. Thanks."

[edit] Image tagging for Image:Ying Yang Twins Chemichally Imbalanced.jpg
Thanks for uploading Image:Ying Yang Twins Chemichally Imbalanced.jpg. The image has been identified as not specifying the source and creator of the image, which is required by Wikipedia's policy on images. If you don't indicate the source and creator of the image on the image's description page, it may be deleted some time in the next seven days. If you have uploaded other images, please verify that you have provided source information for them as well.

[edit] Orphaned fair use image (Image:Raven From Then Until.jpg)
Thanks for uploading Image:Raven From Then Until.jpg. I notice the 'image' page currently specifies that the image is unlicensed for use on Wikipedia and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable under fair use (see our fair use policy).
If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any fair use images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. Fritz S. (Talk) 17:11, 26 November 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Sock Puppet
You said: "Hello. I think you should check on LoveHate Question. He/She may be a sockpuppet of Lilb1293. This person uploaded an image claiming to be a cover of Keyshia Cole's sophmore album, Just Like You which is very similar to this image, with just a title change. And, instead of moving the previous title, Tears From a Soldier's Heart, to the new page, LoveHate Question simply created the new title and blanked the old one. Will you look into it?"
- Yes, a clear case. The account has been shut down and all the edits I could find have been reverted. --Yamla 20:04, 3 February 2007 (UTC)

Please do not add unhelpful and non-constructive information to Wikipedia, as you did to Double Up. Your edits could be considered vandalism, and have been reverted. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. Thank you. - Denny 03:56, 10 March 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Double Up
Hello. I got the message you left on my page. I will have you know there was nothing unhelpful to what I just did. Double Up is the name of more than one album now and I diasambiguated the page to show the changes. Maybe you should have double-checked the page before you left a message on my talk page. Admc2006 04:04, 10 March 2007 (UTC)
- Hi, it was a general message. I'm pretty sure you should create the Double Up album for R Kelly before making the diambig page, since only Ma$e's album is that now on Wikipedia. It shouldn't be a redlink disambig until... Mayish 2007. - Denny 04:06, 10 March 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Fair use rationale for Image:B000J233R6.01. SS500 SCLZZZZZZZ V39634715 .jpg
Thanks for uploading Image:B000J233R6.01. SS500 SCLZZZZZZZ V39634715 .jpg. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in Wikipedia articles constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.
Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale.
If you have uploaded other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on those pages too. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.BetacommandBot 21:30, 31 May 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Double the Trouble
Why did you remove the "Protected redirects" category? --Mel Etitis (Talk) 13:35, 1 June 2007 (UTC)
- Er, if you loook at the page, you'll see at the top a little tab saying "unprotect" — that's a hint that it is, in fact, protected. I know that it's protected, in any case, because I protected it. Please stop removing the template. --Mel Etitis (Talk) 17:47, 1 June 2007 (UTC)
-
- There's nothing at the Category page to suggest that it's only for full protection; is that instruction to be found elsewhere? --Mel Etitis (Talk) 20:55, 1 June 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Fair use rationale for Image:Mary Reflections.jpg
Thanks for uploading or contributing to Image:Mary Reflections.jpg. Suggestions on how to do so can be found here.
Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.
Thank you.BetacommandBot 04:48, 6 June 2007 (UTC)

[edit] The Label's Censorship, Not Mine
In regards to your message regarding UGK (Underground Kingz): I wasn't aiming to censor the track names. My edits reflected the track list as published; the current version isn't really accurate.
For instance, track 13 of disc 1 has appeared on Wikipedia as both "Trill Niggas Don't Die" and "Trill Niggaz Don't Die." XXL claims the correct title is "Trill N****** Don't Die." Note there are eight letters in the second word -- not six. Obviously, it doesn't take much deducing to figure out what the censored word is meant to be -- but if the label censored it in any published references to the song, it isn't the role of Wikipedia editors to de-censor it. Eh?
Of course, it could be that XXL, and not the band or label, censored the track title. If that's the case, someone should link to a complete version of the track list when revising the version published here. -- livefastdieold 08:48, 7 August 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Template: The Pussycat Dolls
Evidently you did not read my edit summary; I said there was no consensus on the talk page to rename it to "Template: Pussycat Dolls". I personally would like to see the template moved to "Template:Pussycat Dolls", but there is no consensus to do so, and there was mention of moving the article "Pussycat Dolls" back to "The Pussycat Dolls". Please move "Template:Pussycat Dolls" back to "Template:The Pussycat Dolls" for the time being, and then give input on the talk page. Thank you. Acalamari 16:52, 27 August 2007 (UTC)
- First off, I want to apologize for my last message; I could have been a bit more civil. My apologies for that.
- Secondly, a better idea would be for you to post a message on Template talk: Pussycat Dolls to mention your move. In all fairness, a major discussion is not needed, and you posting a message on that talk page mentioning your move will clear things up.
- Again, sorry for the last message. Acalamari 01:43, 28 August 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Pussycat Dolls histmerge
In that situation, there was absolutely no need for any histmerge. A history merge is only necessary if someone does a copy-paste page move or there are two articles covering the same subject at the same time. There was no point to merging the two histories of The Pussycat Dolls and Pussycat Dolls.—Ryūlóng (竜龍) 02:14, 28 August 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Iron maiden
Hey. Yes, the dab page is malplaced at the moment and if the situation stays as this, it should be fixed. But as you can see from the edit warring and protections, there is much disagreement on what to do with "iron maiden". Hopefully the edit warring will stop and a consensus will form, but until that happens, not much can be done, as it is not appropriate for me or any other editor to do any potentially controversial actions without discussion. Thanks, Prolog 14:33, 3 October 2007 (UTC)

the sogns are leaks!! they may or may not be the final versions continue to change courced material and i will report you jsut as i did ayoleftz, who did the same thing your doing —Preceding unsigned comment added by FSX-2007 (talk • contribs) 07:20, 29 October 2007 (UTC)
OKAY!! Let me break it down for you. ANY ONE can send it a track list to Amazon and they can post it, same with Wal MArt or Circuit City. The song leaked, and Wayne is NO WHERE on that song. You can't send stuff in to SONYBMG.de, and they say the he is not on the song. They also say that "THROWed" not "THROW'D" is 3:01. So, no you take the time to look at sourced material!! And by the way, it was a typo. —Preceding unsigned comment added by FSX-2007 (talk • contribs) 07:57, 29 October 2007 (UTC)
There is a little thing called a Google translator. Besides, the track listing is in ENGLISH! —Preceding unsigned comment added by FSX-2007 (talk • contribs) 08:29, 29 October 2007 (UTC)
They don't need a translator, what they need to read is in english. and jive records belongs to sony, they wouldnt let anyone submit fact stuff. amazon doesnt own any type of music neither does wal mart or wherever —Preceding unsigned comment added by FSX-2007 (talk • contribs) 08:45, 29 October 2007 (UTC)
Because they are selling an album! use common sense! —Preceding unsigned comment added by FSX-2007 (talk • contribs) 09:00, 29 October 2007 (UTC)
Your putting words in my mouth! Let me break it down.
You can submit fake stuff to Sony, you can to Amazon and Wal-Mart, etc. Sony is linked to Amazon, because it sells stuff. Get it, got it, good!
Done! —Preceding unsigned comment added by FSX-2007 (talk • contribs) 09:12, 29 October 2007 (UTC)
My bad. I meant cant. I was in a hurry. —Preceding unsigned comment added by FSX-2007 (talk • contribs) 20:43, 29 October 2007 (UTC)
Well, the album leaked. And uh, what time is Throwed again? I. I. I. I seem to see that it is 3.01 and not 3.32. What happened to those thirty second, Mr. I think I know it all. -- FSX-2007
Sure can't let it go when I knew I was right all along. And my bad. Yes, I see Wayne is on the album. I can admit that.--FSX-2007 04:15, 4 November 2007 (UTC) Happy?

[edit] Love Hate
I'm not going to argue with you on this one, because I'm correct. See his OFFICIAL MySpace and his OFFICIAL Def Jam page and it clearly says LOVE HATE... Even Amazon uses the title (conjoining the two).
MySpace here
Def Jam here
Amazon here (uses the words altogether, but still says Love Hate nevertheless)
Now if you choose to revert again, you will be reported for vandalism. The title was originally Love Me All Summer, Hate Me All Winter, but was obviously changed due to length and because it's the general meaning behind the title (hence why it appears on the cover but LOVE HATE are the large words...). --Ayoleftyz (talk) 21:04, 20 November 2007 (UTC)
- Please stop moving the page Love Hate. User:Ayoleftyz has provided you with enough reasons and sources why the page should stay where it is. For more see Talk:Love Hate. Thanks. --¤ The-G-Unit-฿oss ¤ 22:38, 20 November 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Personal attack?
A personal attack? Give me a break, your actions are pretty idiotic indeed. All you have to do is look at your talk page and see all of the arguments and content disputes you have been involved in directly. The title used globally (which is edited, yes I KNOW), that means radio, MySpace, MTV, Billboard, EVEN DEF JAM who is the guy's label uses this title which is "Shawty Is a 10". The explicit version is known as "Shawty Is da Shit! (10)", and it has been pointed out within the single's article, so there is no need to overlap links with your "preference" of what is right. As for Boss, I use to not be able to stand the guy but he changed my mind. Him agreeing with me on these particular problems since I provided reputable sources, not just "what I think is right", or "what I think looks best" is not the work of my persuasion. The guy is an admin, I think he knows what is right. --Ayoleftyz (talk) 21:17, 22 November 2007 (UTC)
[edit] December 2007
A tag has been placed on Nickelodeon (cable channel), requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done for the following reason:
Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not meet basic Wikipedia criteria may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as an appropriate article, and if you can indicate why the subject of this article is appropriate, you may contest the tagging. To do this, add {{hangon}}
on the top of the page and leave a note on the article's talk page explaining your position. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would confirm its subject's notability under the guidelines.
For guidelines on specific types of articles, you may want to check out our criteria for biographies, for web sites, for bands, or for companies. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. Macy's123 22:05, 6 December 2007 (UTC)
[edit] re:Licorice
Hi there.... Apparently what has happened was Larry Flick (longtime former Billboard reporter) mentioned "Licorice" on his radio show, but he was basing this on the fan-made cover art and supposedly he was not aware it was a fake cover. Once Billboard reported it, other news outlets followed. Madonna's reps are confirming nothing. So as of now there is no "official" source for it and there is still confusion since some other sources are still saying its title is Give It to Me or something like that. This is how I understand it to be right now. - eo (talk) 19:24, 7 December 2007 (UTC)
[edit] 5 Star Stunna
Hi Admc, you recently moved "5 Star Stunna" to "5 * Stunna". Our manual of style doesn't replicate stylised typography on album covers - see WP:Name#Music. The star sign is just decoration for the word "star". Thanks Spellcast (talk) 09:41, 14 December 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Notability of Flo Rida
Hello, this is a message from an automated bot. A tag has been placed on Flo Rida, by another Wikipedia user, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. The tag claims that it should be speedily deleted because Flo Rida seems to be about a person, group of people, band, club, company, or web content, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is notable: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not assert the subject's importance or significance may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable.
To contest the tagging and request that administrators wait before possibly deleting Flo Rida, please affix the template {{hangon}} to the page, and put a note on its talk page. If the article has already been deleted, see the advice and instructions at WP:WMD. Feel free to contact the bot operator if you have any questions about this or any problems with this bot, bearing in mind that this bot is only informing you of the nomination for speedy deletion; it does not perform any nominations or deletions itself. [edit] Release dates
I disagree with your interpretation of WP:ALBUMS regarding release dates in the infobox but I don't want to get in an edit war so I won't revert you. The date section of the infobox says "Released"—past tense, meaning "the date it was released" not will be. Any future release dates (with references) should certainly be included in the article, just not in the infobox. Please consider changing your mind. —Hello, Control Hello, Tony 14:52, 7 March 2008 (UTC)
Yeah WP:ALBUM only refers to released albums and it's not clear what should be done for future ones. It technically doesn't make sense to put a future date on a past tense "Released" field, but if there's a future date, anyone with common sense would know what it means. It's too bad the template can't be changed to "To be released". I don't mind either way, but you deeply object to it being removed? It's a minor issue and it's not worth getting into an edit war over. Spellcast (talk) 16:00, 7 March 2008 (UTC)
