Note to self: Sylva urban settlement was demoted on September 5, 2005 (when Perm Oblast existed); however, the law did not take effect until January 1, 2006 (when Perm Krai came into existence) [1]. This edit should be reverted once Perm Krai's administrative structure is legislated; it will be incorporated into the article on Perm Krai's administrative divisions.—Ëzhiki (ërinacëus amurënsis) 02:47, 1 March 2006 (UTC)
