I agree. This article discusses the local governance structure and states and territories of India. Therefore, I believe moving contents of this article to relavent articles and merging this with local governance or states and territories will enrich those articles and limit fragmentation.Sumanch (talk) 06:20, 25 February 2008 (UTC)

I'm in the process of reorganizing the material now. This article is an overview article, and should probably remain in place and use the standard Wikipedia:Summary style for splitting articles. The Transhumanist    08:40, 24 April 2008 (UTC)
