Adlai E. Stevenson High School is a part of Utica Community Schools located in Sterling Heights, Michigan, a suburb north of Detroit. The school was named for Adlai E. Stevenson, a two-time candidate for President of the United States and former United Nations ambassador. The school is casually and most often referred to as "Sterling Heights Stevenson". The school's mascot is the "Titans".

The school has an enrollment of 2,071, making it the second largest high school in Utica Community Schools.

Stevenson's principal is Jerry Willis and has three assistant principals Steve Beyer, Alison Hildebrand,and Roger Hoos.

Stevenson High School is a State of Michigan and a National Exemplary Blue Ribbon School of Excellence.

Stevenson's newspaper is called the Vanguard and its yearbook is called the Ambassador, both are Sparty Award winners.

Stevenson's mission is to create a positive and challenging learning environment, which will encourage all students to achieve their greatest potential as responsible, productive members of a diverse society.
