Adgros is the pseudenoum of Adam R. Grose. Adam is a writer, artist, soundscape musician and publisher of Clown Press. Adam was born in Truro, Cornwall in 1971 and moved around before settling in Yeovil, Somerset where he grew up. He has created many comics and paintings and is a contributor to the UK independent comics scene since 1987 to the present day. Some of the books he has published over the years include underGROUND and the Cosmogenesis saga, subtitled The Chronicles of Quongo. He has worked with artist Tony Suleri over the last 23 years, creating many diverse stories from science fiction to horror.

Adam is also an artist creating many paintings and has exhibited in many venues including the Hansard Gallery, London (1996). Many of his paintings are in private collections and are very rare to obtain.

He is currently working on a series of new books to be released in 2008, celebrating 20 years of creating independent comics.
