Adelaide Street runs parallel to Queen Street and Ann Street in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia.

Parks and buildings along Adelaide Street include the Brisbane City Hall, King George Square, ANZAC Square and ANZAC Square Arcade, Post Office Square, Brisbane Square and the Law Courts Complex.

At the moment (2007), Adelaide Street has been disrupted by the building of the busway tunnel from the Queen Street Bus Station to the currently being built King George Busway Station.
