Ade Mafe

Ade Mafe (born November 12, 1966 in Isleworth) is a retired English sprinter. He is currently a fitness coach at Millwall F.C. and formerly Chelsea F.C.
Along with Linford Christie, Darren Braithwaite and John Regis, Mafe holds the world record over the rarely contested 4x200 metres relay with 1:22.11 minutes.
1990 Mafe trained at Perivale athletics track with London Irish coach Ken Seddington and up and coming athlete Wayne Blackwood.
