The Adams-Higgins House is a historic home in Spencer, Iowa. It is located at 1215 North Grand Avenue. The home is also referred to as the Higgin's Mansion by locals. On September 27, 1984, it was added to the National Register of Historic Places.

The home was recently renovated in 2005 by Neal and Kitty Conover. The building next to the home is commonly mistaken for a garage. In fact, the building used to be a pre-school for a nearby church before the Higgin's bought the building. The old pre-school is currently being remodeled into a guest home.
