Adam Jones (born 8 March 1981) is a Welsh rugby union player, currently playing for the Ospreys in the Magners League. His usual position is as a tighthead prop. Jones has also represented Wales, previously playing for the national under-23 team, and going onto make his debut for the national team in 2003.

He was subsequently selected for the Welsh squad for the 2003 Rugby World Cup in Australia. He scored his first international try, against Scotland in 2004. He started all games for Wales during the 2005 Six Nations Championship and has since become a regular fixture in the Welsh front row. He is well known for his front row partnership at the Ospreys and Wales with Duncan Jones. Together, they are affectionately known as the "Hair Bears", due to their recognisable hairdos.
