Adamów is a village in Poland located in Lublin Voivodeship, in Łuków County. Adamów is a seat of Adamów Commune. The village is divided into two sołectwos: Adamów I and Adamów II. It had a population of 2100 in 2005[1]. Formerly, between 1539 and 1870, Adamów had a town status.
