Rated "high" as high school/SAT biology content and important for understanding enzyme catalysis. - tameeria 23:00, 18 February 2007 (UTC)

Hmph. After adding the additional inhibition info, it appears to all be over on the enzyme article with diagrams to boot. Leave it here or nix it? Ed Cormany 01:44 25 Jun 2003 (UTC)

I think the point on inhibition should be developed somewhere else, even in another article as the active site not always where the inhibitor binds! In addition the subject of the article is the active site, therefore the topic on inhibition should not be such an important part of it. --Blastwizard 14:10, 15 December 2005 (UTC)

The part on models should be reviewed, needs clarification Blastwizard 22:39, 26 March 2006 (UTC)

User:Deryck Chan was nice enough to look through the nominations at my request and thought that this one was worth saving, and might be useful on this article. ~ BigrTex 15:33, 5 February 2007 (UTC)
