Actix Ltd is a wireless performance engineering solution development firm. It was founded in 1991 by Robert Dobson and Dr Yui Fai Ko. In 2005 a majority stake in the firm was acquired by Summit Partners, a venture capital firm. Today the company employs over 200 people, and has headquarters in Hammersmith, London, and other offices around the world.
Actix coined the term "Network Status Management" (NSM) with its new product line including amongst others its Actix Viewpoint and Actix Insight products
